Someone appeared to throw an object from a BMW X3 travelling in the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway tunnel on Feb 26.

Sharing a dashcam footage of the incident, Stomper Don said the driver threw the object in the middle of the road.

But from the video, the object looked like it came from the passenger side of the BMW.

It bounced on the road towards the cam car behind the BMW and appeared to go under the cam car.

"Littering on the road - must be due to poor upbringing," commented the Stomper.

"Wait for Traffic Police and NEA (National Environment Agency) to invite you for free kopi."

Under the Environmental Public Health Act, any individual who commits a littering offence is liable on conviction to a fine of up to $2,000 for a first conviction, $4,000 for a second conviction and $10,000 for the third and subsequent convictions.
