Large python at Tanglin Halt tries to attack motorist -- who makes a quick escape

Stomper Nana spotted a big python in the middle of the road at Block 35, Tanglin Halt at around 2am today (Mar 3).
According to her, the reptile tried to attack a motorist, who thankfully managed to escape unscathed.
Said the Stomper:
"I spotted a big black and yellow python in the middle of the road which was right in front of Block 35, Tanglin Halt at around 2am when I was on the way back home.
"The python tried to attack a motorist but the motorist managed to make a fast turn and escape.
"I have already informed the police.
"To those who stay in the area or are passing by, please beware."
