Jonica Lazo: 'Me and Glenn Ong are not in relationship, we are good friends!'
Filipino actress Jonica Lazo has denied that she is in a relationship with radio DJ Glenn Ong.
In an Oct 7 post on Instagram, Lazo wrote: "Once and for all, me and Glenn Ong are not in a relationship, we are good friends!
"Stop spreading false news. #Be kind everyone.
"Let's all move on."
Ong shared a screenshot of Lazo's post. She, in turn, shared a screenshot of his screenshot of her post.

The denial comes after The New Paper reported on Oct 5 that Ong confirmed that he and Lazo are dating, but their relationship is not exclusive and he has no plans for marriage.
The speculation started when the recently divorced Ong posted on social media photos of himself with the actress on Sept 30. When asked by The Straits Times if they were dating, Ong, 55, said he would "neither admit nor deny" it.
On Oct 8, Lazo shared a post that read: "Dated my type, dated outside my type, highly recommend not dating at all."
According to Philippine online tabloid Hataw! D'yaryo ng Bayan, Lazo was 23 years old in February 2024 and is a graduate of UST Angelicum College in Quezon City, the Philippines.
Her IMDb page lists her roles in several recent films such as horror movie Isolated (2025) and drama She Means Business (2025). She also appeared in 12 episodes of raunchy comedy series Wow Mani (2025).
Wow Mani is shown on the Philippine streaming service VMX, which also has VMX Club, a membership-based community offering exclusive benefits for subscribers.
Lazo was VMX Club's Babe of the Week on June 19, her birthday.
In December 2024, VMX was condemned by Philippine senator Jinggoy Estrada for flooding the digital space with films and shows containing graphic, sexual and exploitative content.
