Stomper Jest Forward found a black cat at Tampines Avenue 10 on Apr 26 and wishes to reunite it with its owner.
He found the cat, which was wearing a blue and pink collar, near his home at around 9.30pm.
Jest Forward said: "I care about this cat. Please help me find its owner."
