A driver has been issued with a warning after a car was found improperly parked at *Scape's carpark, partially obstructing a motorcycle lot.

Stomper Yuxian, who shared photos of the incident, said he saw the vehicle on Nov 5 at around 12.55pm.

"I was frustrated because I wanted to park next to the motorcycle in the photo," said the Stomper. "But the other lot was blocked by that car parked at an angle.

"I honestly don't think anyone could park that badly by mistake, so the driver either has a hatred for motorcycles or he or she is just entitled."

The photos show a grey Honda Fit parked outside of the lines of its parking lot.

Yuxian shared two photos that show his own bike.

"I parked there after the first bike left because I wanted to make a report and wait for the driver," he said.

"That's why I didn't park fully into the lot - in case anyone says there was a big space behind, I just wanted to block the driver's door."

According to a notice of offence left on the car's windscreen, the vehicle was parked at a "non-designated location without permission".

The notice, issued by *Scape Management, stated: "Unauthorised or indiscriminate parking of your motorised vehicle will be immobilised by wheel clamp.

"An administration fee of $100 (subject to prevailing GST) will be charged for the release of the clamp."

It also indicated that the notice serves as a warning and instructed the driver to 'remove' their vehicle immediately, adding that repeat offences will result in the vehicle being clamped.
