Rather than going directly to a charging station at the multi-storey carpark, a GetGo user decided to get a little more creative.

The driver purportedly brought the electricity to where he was parked, one level up, instead.

Stomper Kumar came across the unusual sight at Block 737A Woodlands Circle on Sept 22, at around 4pm, and shared photos showing the cable hung over the carpark parapet.

One end of the cable was attached to the vehicle in question, which was parked in an ordinary lot. The other end led to one storey down.

Kumar told Stomp: "This car was attached to the charging station but the user had pulled the cable from Level 3A to Level 4A.

"It's the second time I have seen such a thing, which means the person has been repeatedly doing this.

"The last time was about a week ago and I saw the cable pulled the same way. As I was in a hurry, I did not pursue the matter.

"However, it's obvious that the user has repeated their actions again, so I reported it this time."

Kumar said he saw the same vehicle at the carpark again on Sept 24. The car was in a parking lot for electric vehicles and had a charging cable attached to it, "but no charging was applied".

"What this person has been doing is very inconvenient for other electric vehicle users," the Stomper added.
