It happened two years ago.

A video showing a food delivery rider speeding in Woodlands on his personal mobility aid (PMA) in November 2022 resurfaced when it was posted online by SG Road Vigilante on July 8, 2024.

A version of the video was previously posted in 2022 by SG Road Vigilante shortly after the incident.

The latest version starts with the rider doing push-ups on the pavement next to his PMA.

Blaring Mando-pop tunes, he rode up to 28kmh on pedestrian walkways and blasted his horn while dodging other footpath users and voicing his frustrations at their "lack of consideration".

He can also be seen riding on the road when it suited him.

At one point, he was called out by a motorcyclist outside 888 Plaza at Woodlands Drive.

"You very fast you know. Just now I saw you very fast," said the motorcyclist.

But the rider denied he was going fast.

Things started to escalate when the motorcyclist noticed the rider "pointing the camera" at the motorcyclist, who said he was just trying to advise the rider.

"Then you talk to me nicely," said the rider.

That triggered the motorcyclist, who started shouting and scolding the rider with vulgarities.

The confrontation ended with the motorcyclist yelling at the rider to "f*** off".

The rider rode off grumbling to himself about the motorcyclist as the video ends.

According to the Land Transport Authority website, the speed limit for PMAs is 10kmh and are allowed on the footpath and cycling path but not on the road.

Noting that the video was two years old, a YouTube user commented about the rider: "Is he still alive today?"
