Food delivery rider sent flying from motorcycle after getting hit by car in Bedok
A 30-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car in Bedok last Friday night (July 10).
Responding to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to an accident involving a car and a motorcycle at the junction of Bedok North Avenue 1, Chai Chee Street and Bedok North Street 1 at 9.13pm.
The motorcyclist, a food delivery rider, was conscious when taken to Changi General Hospital.
Stomper Vishnu captured a video of the collision on his van's dashboard camera and shared the footage with Stomp.
Vishnu said: "The car driver should have looked out for oncoming vehicles."
In the video, the motorcyclist can be seen being flung off his bike and falling onto the road after being hit by the car.
Police are investigating the incident.
