Female pillion rider goes helmet-less on PIE

Stomper Isaiah was travelling on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) yesterday (Sep 20) when he saw a female pillion rider without a helmet.

The motorcyclist and his pillion rider were riding towards Changi Airport.

The sight simply left the Stomper "amazed".

Any rider or pillion rider who does not wear a protective helmet is may be fined up to $200.
