Driver of SKT9071A, you nearly caused accidents on both sides of Tanjong Rhu Rd

Stomper Louis was driving along Tanjong Rhu Road at around 2.40pm on Monday (May 29) when he was nearly involved in an accident thanks to a Lexus driving out of the Singapore Swimming Club.
In the videos the Stomper contributed, the Stomper can be seen driving along Tanjong Rhu Road when a white Lexus of licence plate number SKT9071A suddenly speeds out of the swimming club, before stopping in the middle of the road to give way to the Stomper's vehicle.
Two taxi's on the other side of the road change lanes to avoid crashing into the Lexus.
Said the Stomper:
"I wonder how this driver got his driving licence."
