Driver of Merc SDE1717K, must play braking game, meh?

Stomper Susubox was driving along Rochor Road towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) on May 23 when he encountered a Mercedes-Benz driver playing the braking game.
The driver pulled up on the right of the Stomper indicating his intention to change to the middle lane.
Even though the Stomper gave way to him, the driver started braking abruptly in what the Stomper believes to be a demonstration of road rage.
