A McDonald's customer was shocked to find what he described as a 'foreign object' in his drink.

Stomper Rashvin told Stomp that he bought his meal from the McDonald's outlet at 888 Plaza in Woodlands on Oct 27, at about 11.30pm.

"I'm not sure if I'm the only one who realised it, but my drink had a foreign object," he said.

"Please check your drinks. I had to throw mine away. It's so frustrating - this is not the first time this has happened."

Rashvin said that he had encountered similar issues at another outlet.

"Previously, I ordered meals from McDonald's Admiralty Place and there were foreign objects in my drinks as well," he said.

"Twice from Admiralty, once from 888 Plaza."

In response to a Stomp query, a McDonald's spokesperson said on Nov 3: "The McDonald's team has reached out to the customer, and the matter has been fully resolved."
