A Lamborghini driver was captured on camera engaging in a questionable act.

According to a caption on the video of what happened posted on ROADS.sg, the incident took place on July 23 as the driver of the flashy car was turning into Hoy Fatt Road from Jalan Bukit Merah.

On first-look, it seemed like nothing was out of the ordinary.

The motorist who recorded what happened however, zoomed in on the driver and saw him holding what looks to be a mobile device against his face with his right hand. His left hand was on the steering wheel.

The Lamborghini driver drove out of frame at the end of the video.

There are three conditions that must be fulfilled for an act to be considered 'cellphone driving'.

Firstly, the vehicle must be in motion. In addition, the driver has to be holding the device, as well as using a function on it, according to the traffic police.

If only one or two of the conditions are fulfilled, it is not an offence
