A resident was nearly hit by three bags of rubbish that were thrown down from Block 967A Jurong West Street 93 on Feb 6.

Stomper Indra was walking past the block at around 9.18pm when the incident occurred.

Indra, who stays at Block 967B, told Stomp: "I was walking along the sheltered walkway when the rubbish dropped right beside me.

"There were clothes inside the bags, but I did not open them in case other people mistook me for the culprit.

"This has been going on for around two years. The resident has not learnt a lesson and is still throwing high-rise rubbish.

"I have reported this to the town council but the high-rise littering has not stopped."

Indra said that she would not hesitate to take legal action if her son gets hit by the litter.

Stomp has contacted Choa Chu Kang Town Council for comment.
