Terrifyingly-high glass bottomed bridges are a trend that is not going to die soon in China.

The latest bridge to be unveiled is in Chongqing Municipality in the country's southwest and has become that region's newest landmark.

Called the "Sky Corridor", the walkway resembles an A shape and extends 80 metres from a cliff.

It is modelled after the Grand Canyon Skywalk near the Colorado River in the US.

It is the second bridge of its kind to be built at Wansheng Mountain Scenic Area.
