Car flips onto its side after driver beats red light and gets hit by van at Jurong
Two drivers were taken to hospital after one of them beat a red light at the junction of Jurong Gateway Road and Jurong East Street 21 on Wednesday afternoon (Apr 3).
Stomper Freddie alerted Stomp to the incident that was caught on video and posted on ROADS.sg's Facebook page.
In the video, a white Toyota Harrier is travelling across the junction even though the lights are green for vehicles coming from the driver's left.

A van then T-bones the car causing the Harrier to flip onto its side.
In response to a Stomp media query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 3.52pm.
Both of the drivers, aged 52 and 29, were conscious when taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
