Car catches fire at Sin Ming Drive
A car caught fire along Sin Ming Drive on Thursday afternoon (July 16).
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the incident at around 2.20pm.
Stomper Kelvin, who sent videos of the incident, said: "A red car caught fire and there was a lot of smoke. The driver was outside the vehicle."
The fire, which involved the car's engine compartment, was extinguished by the SCDF using one hose reel and one water jet.
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
