Can you guess what this weird-looking plant is?

A Stomper was left perplexed after seeing a weird-looking plant in Mandai Hill at 7am on Saturday (June 10).
The Stomper the unusual mushroom had a net-like structure below its top.
Initially mistaking it for litter caught under the mushroom and swept it away from the mushroom.
However, the Stomper than realised it was part of the mushroom's structure, and that the stem looked styrofoam.
"It is the second time I am seeing such mushrooms. Can anyone tell me what the name of this mushroom is?
