Boy dashes across multiple lanes, runs around cars at Kim Seng Road
A boy was caught on video dangerously running across several lanes of traffic at Kim Seng Road on July 30.
Stomper Simon witnessed the incident at about 9.05am and shared a video of it with Stomp.
In the clip, the boy can be seen suddenly dashing out onto the road, and circling a car before running back.
"This is not the first time the boy has crossed the road this way," said Simon.
"The same thing happened about a month ago.
"I hope his parents, who see this video, will teach their kid a lesson before a fatal accident happens."
