Boon Lay resident wows with fish pond and hydroponic garden, shares veggies with neighbours
A Grab rider was thoroughly impressed when he made a delivery to a unit at Boon Lay Drive on Oct 25.
Stomper Chris shared a photo of the set-up outside the flat which included a small fish pond and a vertical hydroponic system and said it was the best decorated home landing he's ever seen.
Both of the doors in the image belong to the same unit.
"It is a splendid setup and very creative," said the Stomper.
"It creates a lively ambience which brings positive vibes and growing your own vegetables using a sustainable hydroponic system is a great idea for future homeowners."
Chris told Stomp that he had a chat with the resident's neighbour who informed him that the resident is a friendly person who regularly distributes his vegetables to his neighbours once they are ready for harvesting.
"He's such a caring and sharing homeowner, cultivating a harmonious culture with his neighbours," he added.
