BMW and tipper truck drivers change lanes at the same time on KPE -- and slam right into each other

A tipper truck slammed into a BMW on KPE after both drivers tried change lanes at the same time.
A video of the incident was shared on Beh Chia Lor- Singapore Roads.
The clip shows the tipper truck and BMW flashing the turn signal at around the same time.
The tipper truck starts to cut left, while the BMW driver speeds up and cuts in front of the heavy vehicle.
However, the tipper truck is unable to stop or change lanes in time, and ends up slamming into the back of the BMW.
