Are people using underwear to 'chope' shared bikes now or is this a prank?

At this point, when it comes to the mistreatment of shared bicycles, we have seen almost everything.

However, people continue to surprise us with their bizarre and inconsiderate behaviour.

Stomper JS was incredulous when he passed some oBikes with underwear on them yesterday (Feb 20).

"We chanced upon this ridiculous sight when we were walking through the path that runs between Toa Payoh Golf Range and Pei Chun Public School," said the Stomper. "Why do you have to 'chope' a bike with underwear?!"

"This is why Singaporeans can't have nice things," he added.
