79-year-old Mercedes driver crashes into Jurong West block, people seen arguing nearby

A 79-year-old driver is assisting with investigations after crashing his Mercedes into a pillar at Block 680C Jurong West Central on Jan 19.
The police told Stomp they were alerted to the accident at around 9.05pm. The car was believed to have self-skidded, they added.
According to Shin Min Daily News, there was another car at the scene other than the black Mercedes. The car appeared scratched.
About four to five people were seen gathered nearby, seemingly arguing over the accident. However, they declined to speak to reporters.
Police investigations are ongoing.
