76-year-old PAB rider taken to hospital after accident with tipper truck in Ang Mo Kio

A 76-year-old man on a power-assisted bicycle (PAB) was taken to hospital after an accident with a tipper truck on Saturday (Oct 3).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 towards Hougang Avenue 2 at 11.22am.
The elderly rider was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
A Stomper alerted Stomp to photos of the accident that were posted on Facebook, showing Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers at the scene.
Police investigations are ongoing.
