66-year-old woman found dead at Bedok Reservoir Road
A 66-year-old woman was found dead at the foot of Block 140 Bedok Reservoir Road on Wednesday afternoon (Feb 8).
Stomper Erena, who lives in the vicinity, said she passed by the scene after work and noticed a police cordon in place. A police tent can also be spotted.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a case of unnatural death at the block at around 4.50pm.
"A 66-year-old woman was found lying motionless and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedic," they added.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.
Police investigations are ongoing.
