34-year-old man arrested for snatching woman's handphone at Anchorvale Dr

A 34-year-old man was believed to be involved in a case of snatch theft was arrested yesterday (Jun 21).
The police said that a 19-year-old woman reported that an unknown man had snatched her handphone along Anchorvale Drive at 1.51pm.
Officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division conducted extensive follow-up investigations and with the aid of CCTV images, the suspect was established and subsequently
arrested on the same day along Hougang Avenue 7.
The suspect will be charged in court on Jun 23.
