A car and a cement truck were involved in an accident at the junction of Bedok Road and Bedok Reservoir Road yesterday (Apr 15) at about 1.30pm.

Stomper Mike had been on a bus when he passed by the scene.

A photo that he took and shared with Stomp shows the car's rear bumper badly smashed from the impact of the accident.

In a phone interview, Mike said that he saw an ambulance and Traffic Police at the scene.

In response to media queries, a Police spokesperson confirmed the incident and said that two car passengers, aged one and nine, were sent to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
