A Stomper was touched by the kindness of an employee at Toa Payoh Bus Interchange on Tuesday evening (Mar 10).

He noticed the man sheltering boarding passengers with an umbrella in the midst of a downpour.

"He prepared an umbrella to prevent the passengers from getting wet while boarding from the rear door," he said.

"Both doors were open to allow more passengers to board at the same time."

The Stomper shared the incident with Stomp as he felt the man deserved recognition for his good service.

"The uncle should be complimented as his service was from the heart during the evening peak hour to facilitate boarding and ensure everyone boarded safely."
