38-year-old woman loses more than 20kg to become a different person

Usually, most of us pile on the pounds as we age but Nailya Sashina did the opposite. 

According to Asiantown, she decided to start adopting healthier habits when she turned 30. She also started hitting the gym three times a week.

The work paid off and she went from 70kg to 49kg. She is now working to gain muscle and shows off her lean figure on her social media account.
