100kg aspiring competitive eater seeks out mentor to find her purpose in life
We all have different callings in life and for Sun Mi, it's eating.
Sun Mi is a 100kg millenial who can't seem to get a job as she is lacking in educational background, skills and qualifications.
However, she knows that if there is one thing she can do at least as well as others it's eating.
In this Korean short film titled 'The Poor Fighter', Sun Mi goes on a quest to start her career as competitive eater and goes in search of a mentor in the form of Ma Gudo, the first Korean second place winner of "The World Chicken Wing Fastest Eating Competition" that took place 30 years ago.
