Dad boosts daughter's self esteem by trying her gymnastic moves

There are fewer things more heartwarming than a parent who takes an active participation in their children's favorite hobbies, no matter how painfully uninterested they are in those hobbies.

This video on Distractify of a father willingly putting himself through pain and humiliation in his attempt at emulating his daughter's gymnastic moves is truly inspiring.

To his credit, when the dad is not falling down, he has actually got some great balance for a man his size.

I mean, most people cannot do a handstand for more than three seconds. Father-daughter goals indeed.
