Woman caught on camera forcefully hitting boy in wheelchair under her care at bus interchange

In the video, the woman and a boy in a wheelchair are waiting as bus service 102 pulls into the berth for boarding. As the rear door of the vehicle opens for the pair to enter the wheelchair bay, she pushes the wheelchair but it does not move.
She then pushes harder and forcefully hits the back of the boy's head with her right hand, before pushing the boy towards the wheelchair bay as passengers board.

"Hope the parents see this," the user added.
Angry netizens slam woman
Multiple commenters expressed concern for the boy's welfare and called for the woman to be punished. "Poor guy," one user commented. "Wonder how he is treated at home."
Another netizen suggested that the woman could not push the wheelchair at first as the boy was applying the foot brake, and the reason for her hitting his head was to get him to release the brake.
Many commented that they hoped clip would reach the boy's parents.
