An elderly traditional Chinese medicine practitioner allegedly molested a woman at a clinic in Yishun on three occasions in June 2024.
Ho Ked Choong, 74, was handed three molestation charges on Sept 1.
The owner of Sing Wah Medical Hall is accused of molesting the 46-year-old on June 15, 2024, at the clinic in Block 780 Yishun Ring Road.
Ho allegedly outraged her modesty again on two occasions six days later.
Court documents do not disclose if she was his patient at the time and his case has been adjourned to Sept 29.
For each count of molestation, an offender can be jailed for up to two years, fined, caned or receive any combination of such punishments.
But if he is convicted, Ho cannot be caned as he is over 50 years old.
