Police appealing for info on 68-year-old man last seen at Circuit Road on Nov 5

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mr Tan Kok Leong, 68.

He was last seen in the vicinity of Block 85 Circuit Road on Nov 5 at about 7pm.
