Lalamove van crashes into sheltered walkway in Punggol, no injuries reported
A TikTok post of a Lalamove van that crashed into a pole at a sheltered walkway in Punggol has gone viral.
Uploaded by user @itskaii9, the post comprising three photos has garnered over 143,000 views and 220 comments as of press time.
No injuries reported
In response to Stomp's queries, the police said that they were alerted to the accident on Nov 9, at 3.30pm.
The van is believed to have self-skidded along Punggol Road towards Punggol North Avenue, and no injuries were reported.
A 45-year-old woman is assisting with ongoing investigations.
A Lalamove spokesperson told Stomp that the company was unable to identify the vehicle as the license plate was not visible in the clip. There were no reports from driver partners or users about the incident either.
"We will cooperate fully with authorities if they reach out to us regarding this incident," they stated.

While some netizens were curious about the van's license plate number, others were amused by the incident.
"Delivery right to your doorstep," a commenter quipped, while others joked about how the driver could not park there.
