Misleading arrow sign along China St leads drivers to a dead end

Stomper ZH had just exited the Far East Square carpark along China Street on Monday (Feb 6) when he noticed a misleading arrow sign placed across the carpark exit.

The Stomper said:

"The sign tells drivers that they can turn left, but there is hardly a road to turn on to. This could potentially lead to them driving against traffic just to get out of the street."

In the photos the Stomper contributed, upon turning left out of the carpark, there is a no entry sign ahead.

The Stomper added that other drivers and him were almost misled by the sign.

"I nearly started turning left before realising. I also saw a couple of cars almost make the same mistake yesterday."
