Irresponsible Commonwealth Close resident dumps rubbish, debris in front of chute door

Stomper Susan said an irresponsible Commonwealth Close resident dumped rubbish and debris right in front of the rubbish chute door of a block there.

"The poor foreign workers who clear the rubbish chute bins had a hard time clearing all the garbage and debris blocking the chute door," said Susan.

"Whoever is the culprit who did this is truly very selfish, irresponsible and heartless!"
