Honda driver looking for black Picard pouch he lost near Block 407 at Hougang Ave 10

Stomper Tay lost a black pouch containing his Honda car key and house keys on Mar 4.
In a telephone interview, the Stomper said he believes that he dropped the Picard pouch in the vicinity of Block 463, 462 and 407 at Hougang Avenue 10.
He discovered it was missing around 2.30pm to 3pm.
