Can you even read this Mercedes' all-white licence plate from afar?

Stomper Simon spotted this Mercedes with an unusual 'all-white' licence plate at a carpark at Woodlands Drive 16 yesterday (Jan 1) at around 5pm.

Unless you go really close, you probably will not be able to read the car's licence plate.

Said the Stomper:

"Can't really read unless you are very close. Is this even legal in Singapore?"
