What is happening to the youth in Singapore?

That was what Stomper JK wondered after a peculiar incident unfolded in front of his vehicle at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and Serangoon Avenue 2 on July 14 at 2.54pm.

"I just witnessed a concerning scene," said the Stomper.

The motorist had stopped behind a Nissan van in the rightmost lane at the junction.

"The van signalled left but just stopped. It didn't move!" recounted the Stomper.

"A guy came out of a van, stumbling and dropping to the floor."

The Stomper shared a dashcam video showing the youth clinging onto the vehicle as he walked unsteadily around it before falling on his backside.

He appeared to be holding something in his right hand.

As the Stomper drove around the van, the youth was still struggling to get off the road.

"Both the driver and assistant were high on the road. It looked like they might be under the influence of drugged pods as the one walking was holding onto one," said the Stomper.

"Is this what we call home?"
