Xiaxue lists her Hougang HDB flat for sale at $928k, complete with 'hidden cave' and secret bathroom
Singaporean influencer Xiaxue is saying goodbye to her Hougang home after 11 years -- and you could be its next owner.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom executive HDB flat at Block 128 Lorong Ah Soo is listed for $928,000 on PropertyGuru, with 57 years left on its lease.
While some might find the price steep, Xiaxue gave potential buyers an Instagram house tour on April 2, highlighting what makes her home unique.
The blogger showed off the spacious 1,528 sq ft unit, pointing out that such large flats are rare these days.

From the nautical-themed living room to separate wet and dry kitchen spaces, Xiaxue walked viewers through the home, including the 'hidden cave' that is her master bedroom.

However, her famous pink princess room stood out. Originally a utility space, it's now a walk-in wardrobe, makeup area, and photoshoot spot.

Perhaps the most intriguing feature is a guest bathroom disguised as a wardrobe near the dining area.
Xiaxue jokingly suggested that it could double as a hiding spot if a robber breaks in, and yes, you could take a full bath while waiting for help to arrive.
