Women brawl outside Paya Lebar Square, 5 arrested for affray
It happened on a Sunday.
Five women, aged between 34 and 47, were arrested for their suspected involvement in a case of affray, said the police in a Aug 14 news release.
The police were alerted to a fight at 15 Paya Lebar Road outside Paya Lebar Square on May 19 at about 2.55pm.
A video of the fight was posted on the Complaint Singapore Facebook group on May 21.

Preliminary investigations revealed that a 47-year-old woman named Siti Rukayah Kusni together with two other women – Sulastri, 44, and Nita Widia Rahayu, 34 – allegedly had an altercation with a 46-year-old woman named Sriani with whom they had a previous dispute.
Another woman, Maesaroh, 35, purportedly joined in to side with Sriani and a fight broke out between the two groups.
Sriani, Maesaroh, Sulastri and Nita were arrested on the same day.
Through follow up investigations, Siti was identified and arrested on May 27.
The five women will be charged in court on Aug 15 with the offence of affray, which carries an imprisonment term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000 or both.
