A Honda car nearly ran into a pedestrian at Yishun Street 22 after failing to give way.

Stomper Lau Lau alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was posted on Facebook.

According to the contributor, the incident occurred near Yishun A'Posh on Dec 27 at about 7.41pm.

The pedestrians clearly had the right of way while crossing the road, as the Honda Vezel was making a right turn.

Fortunately, the woman leapt out of the vehicle's way just in time to avoid a collision, causing the car to stop before eventually moving on.

"I fail to understand why you were rushing," wrote the contributor, addressing the Honda driver.

"She was alert and managed to avoid the accident.

"Thankfully, no harm was done to her, which would have resulted in severe consequences for you."
