You couldn't miss her in her bright yellow top and Hello Kitty headband.

A woman brought outside food to eat at a table in the outdoor seating area of Shake Shack Sentosa on Sept 19 evening.

When a Shake Shack staff member tried to get her to buy something there, the woman started verbally abusing the staff member as well as others in the vicinity, including Stomper MB.

Sharing a video of the incident, the Stomper said: "She just wouldn’t quit.

"It was terrible, families having dinner being abused. Children were crying. The Shake Shack staff couldn’t do anything about it. She even walked away and then came back for more. It was bizarre."

The woman spoke in Mandarin, which the Stomper didn't understand.

The Stomper said when the Shake Shack employee first asked the woman to move, she refused.

"She then left her stuff at the Shake Shack table and walked over to Marrybrown next door. I don’t know why, but she started screaming at the staff there too," recounted the Stomper.

"She then went back to the table at Shake Shack and as the young staff member who had asked her to move earlier walked past her, she started abusing the staff member again.

"Finally, after a long while, she left Shake Shack and could be heard still ranting as she walked away."

Unfortunately, that was not the last the Stomper saw of the woman.

"After about 10 minutes, she returned to Shake Shack and started abusing a family at a table." said the Stomper. "I don’t know what she was saying.

"Then she came to the table where my family was sitting and started shouting at us, showing me her phone to show that I was violating her privacy because I was recording her bad behaviour.

"She carried on and on screaming at me until my nine-year-old son started crying. Her friend hit me on the back and told me to delete the videos. This went on and on.

"The Shake Shack manager came out and asked her to leave. She called the police on her phone and I don’t know what they said to her.

"Eventually, her friend convinced her to leave and she could be heard shouting all the way to the monorail station."
