Who's in the wrong? Woman gestures at van driver after almost getting hit in Bukit Batok
Who's right and who's wrong?
A pedestrian was seen gesturing at a van driver who almost hit her with his vehicle at Bukit Batok East Avenue 2 on Feb 19.
A Stomper shared footage from his dashcam showing what happened.
In the video, the young woman is seen crossing the road at the same time a grey van is turning left into a carpark.
The van comes to a sudden stop and the woman turns to repeatedly gesture at the driver.
According to the Stomper, the woman should have checked before crossing.
"She crossed the road without checking and argued she had the right of way," said the Stomper.
"The van driver noticed her and quickly braked.
"She gestured that the driver was crazy after crossing the road."
