No tissue packet, no problem.
Someone used a 50-cent coin to "chope" a table at the foodcourt in the Scarlett supermarket in Westgate mall during lunchtime on Oct 21.
According to a witness, a girl in her early teens wearing a school uniform had left the money on the table before leaving to get her food.

A diner searching for a table was about to sit down but saw the coin and hesitated.
She looked around confused before deciding to find another table.
After about five minutes, the schoolgirl and her friend returned with their food and sat down.
The schoolgirl nonchalantly picked up the coin from the table, kept it in her wallet and started eating.

Would you use money to reserve a table?
What do you think?
