Maybe it's the hot weather.

But what's with videos of chubby guys taking off their shirts in public and making a scene from Clarke Quay to Simei lately?

In one video posted online by Tiagongsg on Aug 15, a man was caught on camera taking off his shirt near a crowd outside Zouk at Clarke Quay.

As another person took a video of him, he started to run towards the people but then stopped and turned back.

In another video circulating online recently, a bare-torsoed commuter appeared to be giving some kind of performance on the MRT train.

He raised his arm, made strange noises, stamped his foot and clapped among other behaviour you don't usually see on public transport.

Another guy was shown on multiples videos walking around without his shirt on and talking loudly to no one in particular at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College East in Simei.

One video seems to show him being escorted away by security guards.
