What is this driver doing on Sembawang pedestrian walkway at 6.40am?

A car driver was seen travelling on a pedestrian walkway in Sembawang in the early hours of July 4.

Stomper Dev shared videos of the "interesting" sight near Block 129 Canberra Street at 6.40am.

The videos show a black car navigating the walkway.

Dev said: "Not sure if the driver was under the influence, but they kept making U-turns and driving back and forth on the path."

The Stomper did not manage to call the police, explaining: "I'm not sure if the driver eventually left, because I had left for work."
