Couple engages in PDA at Sembawang HDB flat -- then hit 'second base' at staircase

Stomper Anon saw a couple engaging in a public display of affection (PDA) at the sixth storey of a HDB flat last night (Jan 29) at around 8pm.
The Stomper initially thought the couple were fighting not realising that they were in fact expressing their love for each other.
Said Anon regarding what happened:
"At one point, the young man removed his pants.
"After a while, they went to the staircase where they hit 'second base'.
"I think they are very daring.
"A friend told me that they did not check their 'blind spot'."
