Uncle, you shouldn't be cycling on expressway

Stomper Alan was driving to work on Oct 17 at 8.45am when he came across an uncle cycling along Kranji Expressway (KJE) - Shoulder lane towards Pan Island Expressway (PIE) Tuas.
In the video recorded by Alan below, the man is seen pedalling on the road shoulder, in the midst of ongoing busy traffic.
Said Stomper Alan:
"Many drivers slowed down just to give way to this rider.
"The rider had not only caused obstructions, but he had also endangered other road users on the expressway."
In Singapore, cycling is not permitted on expressways.
